小剂量布比卡因复合苏芬太尼预防老年病人腰麻后低血压的临床观察Clinical observation on low-dose bupivacaine with sufentanil preventing hypotension after spinal anesthesia in elderly patients

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:评价小剂量布比卡因复合苏芬太尼腰麻,对老年股骨头置换术的麻醉效果及血流动力学改善的影响。方法:拟在腰麻下行股骨头置换术的老年病人50例,随机分为重比重布比卡因5 mg复合苏芬太尼5μg试验组(S组,n=25)以及单纯重比重布比卡因7.5mg对照组(C组,n=25),观察两组病人腰麻后血流动力学稳定性及神经阻滞效果。结果:两组病人均可产生可靠的麻醉效果,低血压需要麻黄素干预的病人例数S组显著少于C组。结论:小剂量重比重布比卡因5 mg复合苏芬太尼5μg能够为老年髋关节置换手术病人提供满意的麻醉效果,同时减少低血压发生率和缩血管药物的使用。
