4例乳腺腺样囊性癌临床病理和免疫组化特点分析On 4 cases′clinicopathological and immunohistochemistry of breast Adenoid cysticcarcinoma

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨乳腺腺样囊性癌的临床病理特点、鉴别诊断要点及预后。方法观察4例乳腺腺样囊性癌的临床病理和免疫组化特点,并复习相关文献。结果 4例乳腺腺样囊性癌大体上均表现为界限清楚的肿块,在结构上出现筛孔型、管状-小梁状型和实体型3种类型。4例免疫组化均示HER-2阴性,CD117阳性,PR阴性,但ER阳性1例(25%,1/4),Ki-67阳性表达较低。结论乳腺腺样囊性癌是一种少见的特殊类型乳腺癌,有独特的组织病理学和免疫组化特点,预后较好。需与一系列乳腺良恶性病变相鉴别,如胶原小球病、筛状癌等。
