MMP-9、VEGF和PTEN在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义Expression and its clinical significance of MMP-9,VEGF and PTEN in the tissues of breast cancer

摘要(Abstract):
目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和第10号染色体同源丢失性磷酸酶-张力蛋白基因(PTEN)在乳腺癌中的表达,探讨其在乳腺癌发生、发展过程中的临床意义。方法:运用免疫组织化学Envision法检测56例乳腺癌和22例乳腺良性病变组织中MMP-9、VEGF和PTEN的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果:(1)MMP-9和VEGF在乳腺癌中阳性表达率分别为69.64%(39/56)、78.57%(44/56),在乳腺良性病变组织中分别为45.45%(10/22)、36.36%(8/22),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTEN在乳腺癌中表达率为46.43%(26/56),在乳腺良性病变组织中为86.36%(19/22),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)MMP-9和VEGF的表达均与组织学分级和腋窝淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。PTEN蛋白的表达与腋窝淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05),而与组织学分级无关(P>0.05)。(3)MMP-9和VEGF在乳腺癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-9和VEGF参与乳腺癌的发生、发展过程,可作为评估乳腺癌浸润和转移的重要生物学指标,PTEN蛋白表达异常,可能与乳腺癌的发生、发展和预后有关。
