不同肺叶非小细胞肺癌的跳跃性淋巴结转移分析The skip lymph node metastasis on non-small cell lung cancer among different lobes

摘要(Abstract)：
目的研究不同肺叶非小细胞肺癌患者的跳跃性淋巴结转移概率,为合理的淋巴结清扫提供依据。方法回顾性分析我科2007年1月～2009年10月期间327例行完全性切除的N2期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床病理资料,根据淋巴结是否存在跳跃性转移将327例患者分为跳跃转移阳性和阴性2组,对2组患者发生跳跃性转移的概率进行对比研究。结果 327例患者中有跳跃性转移112例,发生率为34.25%(112/327)。右肺上叶癌跳跃转移发生率为41.03%(32/78),右肺中下叶癌跳跃转移发生率为29.66%(35/118),左肺上叶癌跳跃转移发生率为46.58%(34/73);左肺下叶癌跳跃转移发生率为18.97%(11/58)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者发生跳跃性转移的概率较高,尤其左肺上叶癌发生跳跃转移的概率最高,认为系统性淋巴结清扫对于非小细胞肺癌患者来说是必需的,尤其对于左肺上叶癌更为重要。
