早期康复训练联合健康教育对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者神经功能和肢体运动功能的影响Effects of early rehabilitation training combined with health education on nerve function and limb motor function in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨早期康复训练联合健康教育对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者神经功能和肢体运动功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2014年12月-2017年5月本院收治的92例急性脑梗死偏瘫患者的临床资料,根据不同的康复方案进行分组,将采用健康教育辅助常规治疗的46例患者作为对照组,将采用早期康复训练联合健康教育辅助常规治疗的46例患者作为观察组。记录患者的相关临床指标变化情况,并对两组进行对比分析。结果观察组患者总有效率(95.65%)高于对照组(82.61%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者颈动脉最小血流速度(Vmin)、最小血流量(Qmin)水平高于对照组,临界压力(CP)、脑血管外周阻力(R)水平低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后下肢肌张力情况:观察组46例患者中出现33例0级且未发现有2级患者,对照组46例患者中出现6例0级和11例2级,观察组患者治疗后下肢肌张力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急性脑梗死偏瘫患者行早期康复训练联合健康教育,可有效改善脑血液动力学指标、神经功能和下肢肌张力,提高肢体运动功能。
