泡状棘球蚴感染纯系大鼠肝移植免疫耐受的实验研究Study on immune tolerance on orthotopic liver transplantation in the inbred rat infected with Echinococcosus multicularis

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:探讨感染泡球蚴的大鼠原位肝移植(Orthotopiclivertransplantation,OLT)后免疫系统的变化特点及其对移植物的影响。方法:分为3组:(1)A组为正常对照组(同系移植):健康(Lewis)LEW大鼠→健康LEW大鼠;(2)B组为对照组(非同系移植):健康BrownNorway(BN)大鼠→健康LEW大鼠;(3)C组为实验组:BN大鼠→LEW大鼠(感染泡球蚴后3个月)。术后LEW大鼠存活48h判定为肝脏移植手术成功。每组于术后1、3、5、7d4个时间点各处死2只LEW大鼠,取血清及移植的肝脏、脾脏。每组留8只用于观察生存期。结果:A组、B组、C组受体存活时间平均为(54.13±16.62)d、(4.75±1.58)d、(15.50±3.93)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病理结果示:(1)A组无排斥反应现象;(2)B组排斥反应随移植天数的增加逐渐加重,术后1、3、5、7d分别出现0、1、2、3级排斥反应;(3)C组第7天出现1级排斥反应。结论:感染泡状棘球蚴后有利于同种异体移植物的存活;该模型为研究感染泡球的肝脏移植提供了良好的实验平台
