砷对小鼠肾脏磷脂脂肪酸的影响及Vit E干预作用的研究Experimental study of arsenic and the antagonistic action of vitamin E on fatty acid metabolism of phospholipid in the kidney of mice

摘要(Abstract):
目的: 研究不同水平砷对小鼠肾脏组织磷脂脂肪酸组成的影响,同时观察维生素E(VitE)对砷毒作用的干预作用。方法: 按两因素三水平析因实验设计将昆明种小鼠分为9组,复制亚慢性砷中毒动物模型,并进行Vit E干预研究。2个月后,采用薄层气相色谱法,研究砷对小鼠肾脏组织中磷脂脂肪酸组成的影响以及给予Vit E处理后的干预作用。结果: 与正常对照组相比, 染毒组动物肾脏组织磷脂脂肪酸中饱和脂肪酸含量明显升高(P<0.05),多不饱和脂肪酸含量明显下降(P<0.05~0.01);给予Vit E处理后,动物肾脏组织磷脂脂肪酸中饱和脂肪酸含量明显降低(P<0.05~0.01),多不饱和脂肪酸含量明显升高(P<0.05~0.01)。结论: 砷可在小鼠肾脏组织中蓄积造成磷脂脂肪酸组成发生改变,即多不饱和脂肪酸组成下降,饱和脂肪酸组成升高;VitE可拮抗砷对小鼠肾脏组织中磷脂脂肪酸组成的影响,使饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸组成趋于正常。
