摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)急性发作期患者呼出气一氧化氮(fraction of exhaled nitric oxide,FENO)值及其与肺功能等相关因素的关系。方法选取70例AE-COPD住院患者为研究对象,收集一般资料(姓名、性别、年龄、族别、身高、体质量、体质指数),完成既往疾病史、过敏史、吸烟史及哮喘史的调查问卷,采用瑞典耐尔斯(NIOX)一氧化氮测定仪检测FENO记录肺功能检测数值,包括第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)及第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC%)。结果 (1)70例AECOPD患者平均FENO值为(26.4±16.64)ppb,最小值为7.1ppb,最大值为99.6ppb;(2)不同年龄组FENO值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着年龄的增大,FENO值逐渐降低;(3)不同体质指数组间FENO值无差异(P>0.05),但随着体质指数的增加,FENO值随之降低;(4)不同级别的肺功能患者FENO值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着患者肺功能的逐渐下降,FENO值随之降低;(5)FENO值与年龄(γ=-0.111,P=0.047)、BMI(γ=-0.098,P=0.042)及FEV1/FVC%(γ=-0.002,P=0.044)呈负相关。结论 FENO测定对COPD患者气道炎症的判断有一定意义。
