EBP1在新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌中的表达及临床病理学意义Expression and clinical significance of EBP1 in esophageal cancer of the Kazak

摘要(Abstract)：
目的探讨新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌中EBP1mRNA的表达情况及其与临床病理学特征的关系。方法利用RT-PCR技术检测37例哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织及其对应的癌旁正常食管上皮组织中EBP1mRNA的表达情况。结果 EBP1mRNA在新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织和正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为67.6%(25/37)和89.2%(33/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EBP1mRNA的表达与TNM分期及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论 EBP1mRNA表达缺失参与了哈萨克族食管鳞癌的发生及发展。
