大鼠离断前肢优势保存方法的实验研究The experimental study of the rat amputation preservation method

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨大鼠断肢的优势保存方法与断肢血管病理变化的关系。方法选用成年标准Wistar大鼠75只,随机分为3组,每组25只。Ⅰ组为Euro-Collins液实验组,Ⅱ组为生理盐水实验组,Ⅲ组为干燥实验组。每组在低温(0~4℃)条件下根据12、24、36、48、60h实验时间段又分为5个实验小组,每组5只。各组动物根据随机分组实验设计安排实验。结果3组大鼠断肢保存效果在12h内没有明显差异;24h时Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组的大鼠断肢保存效果优于Ⅲ组;Ⅰ组60h与Ⅲ组12h、Ⅱ组36h断肢保存具有同样的效果。结论在低温(0~4℃)条件下,断肢放在Euro-Collins液中是最简单、最方便的保存方法,且保存时间长达60h时不会造成断肢血管明显的病理改变。
