新疆传统发酵驼乳中分离出的一株乳酸菌的分子生物学鉴定Molecular biological identification of one lactic acid bacteria in Xinjiang traditional fermented camel milk

摘要(Abstract):
目的对新疆阿勒泰牧区哈萨克传统发酵驼乳中分离出的一株乳酸菌进行分子生物学鉴定。方法采用DNA提取、PCR扩增、16SrDNA产物测序和数据分析对该菌株进行系统发育分析鉴定。结果 16SrDNA产物测序结果通过Eztaxon数据库比对,保守基因rpoA、pheS的扩增产物通过NCBI数据库比对,发酵驼乳中乳酸菌菌株的序列和已报道的乳酸菌菌株16SrDNA、rpoA、pheS的序列分别用MEGA 5.2软件进行系统发育分析表明:此菌株(10号)的16SrDNA序列与Lactobacillus pentosus(JCM 1558T)、Lactobacillus plantarumsubsp.Argentoratensis(DKO 22T)、Lactobacillus paraplantarum(DSM 10667T)和Lactobacillus plantarum subsp.Plantarum(ATCC 14917T)的相似率分别为100%、99.87%、99.8%和99.74%。结论 10号乳酸菌菌种经分子生物学鉴定为Lactobacillus pentosus(JCM 1558T)。
