动态心电图最大ST/HR斜率对冠心病的诊断价值(冠脉造影对照分析)The Diagnostic Value of Maximal ST/HR Slope on Dynamic Electrocardiogram in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Comparing with Results of Coronary Arteriography

摘要(Abstract)：
本文报告67例冠心病及可疑冠心病患者的动态心电图最大ST/HR斜率变化,并用冠脉造影结果作对照分析,探讨ST/HR斜率对冠心病的诊断价值。结果显示ST/HR斜率与单纯ST段压低相比,各组之间不但差别更加显著,并且各组之间重叠很少。如以ST/HR斜率分别≥18、≥34及≥76作为区分单支病变组、双支以及三支冠脉病变组时,其敏感性分别为90.0％、92.8％及93.3％。特异性均为94.4％。
