摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨MMP-2和MMP-9 mRNA在新疆哈萨克族食管鳞癌及其癌旁组织中的表达及二者的相关性。方法选取食管癌手术离体标本40例,每例各取癌组织和对应的癌旁组织一份,采用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应法(RT-PCR法)检测MMP-2和MMP-9 mRNA在癌及癌旁组织组中的表达。运用Western-blot法检测MMP-2和MMP-9在癌及癌旁组织组中的蛋白表达。采用Pearson相关分析法分析MMP-2和MMP-9 mRNA在癌组织中表达的相关性。结果 MMP-2 mRNA在癌组织和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为95.0%(38/40)和77.5%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.165,P=0.023);MMP-9 mRNA在癌组织和癌旁组织中的阳性率分别为62.5%(25/40)和10.0%(4/40),差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.854,P=0.000)。MMP-2 mRNA的表达与食管鳞癌浸润深度有关联(χ2=5.260,P=0.022),与食管鳞癌淋巴结转移无关联(χ2=0.088,P=0.767)。MMP-9 mRNA的表达与食管鳞癌浸润深度有关(χ2=4.365,P=0.037),与食管鳞癌淋巴结转移无关联(χ2=0.156,P=0.693)。MMP-2 mRNA与MMP-9 mRNA在食管鳞癌组织中的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.327,P=0.039)。结论 MMP-2和MMP-9可能参与了新疆哈萨克族食管鳞状细胞癌的肿瘤发生发展,但在淋巴结转移方面可能不发挥关键作用。
