逼尿肌不稳定大鼠逼尿肌组织三磷酸肌醇受体变化的研究The study on changes of detrusor tissue inositol (1,4,5)-trisphosphate receptors in detrusor instability rats

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:探讨逼尿肌不稳定(DI)大鼠逼尿肌组织三磷酸肌醇受体(IP3R)变化与DI的关系。方法:建立DI大鼠模型,应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测DI及逼尿肌稳定(DS)大鼠逼尿肌组织IP3R亚型变化。结果:DS大鼠及DI大鼠膀胱逼尿肌组织均有IP3RⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ亚型表达,DI大鼠IP3RⅠ、Ⅱ亚型表达显著高于DS大鼠(P<0.05~0.01),IP3RⅢ亚型表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:DI大鼠IP3RⅠ、Ⅱ亚型表达增强可能参与了逼尿肌不稳定的发生。
