人神经营养因子-4/5基因的克隆及序列测定Cloning and mensuration of sequence of human neurotrophin 4/5 gene

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 :从人胎盘组织基因组 DNA中 ,克隆人神经营养因子 - 4/ 5 (h NT- 4/ 5 )基因。方法 :经 PCR扩增出的 DNA片段用 Pst I单酶切后 ,酶切图谱与文献报道一致。再将大量扩增后的目的 DNA片段连接于测序载体M13m p18,用手工测序和 ABI373A DNA自动序列分析仪自动测序。结果 :两项分析结果都确证所得到的目的基因与天然 h NT- 4/ 5编码序列一致。 结论 :首次成功地从人胎盘组织克隆出人神经营养因子 - 4/ 5
