人食管鳞癌的进一步扫描电镜观察Further Scanning Electron Microscopy of Human Squamous Cell Esophageal Carcinoma

摘要(Abstract)：
利用扫描电镜观察13例人食管鳞癌。自肿瘤、增生细胞及正常粘膜部位分别取样品26个、26个及13个。食管的正常粘膜、增生细胞及瘤细胞之间的表面差别非常明显。食管癌细胞在扫描电镜上的表面特征为失去正常的微嵴和细胞间嵴,形成畸形的微绒毛及细胞突起,具有很多微凹,小圆形癌细胞间无紧密的连接。
