体检人群中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞与空腹血糖水平的相关性研究Investigation of the relationship between neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio and fasting blood glucose level in health body examination population

摘要(Abstract):
目的探讨体检人群中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞(NLR)与空腹血糖水平的关系。方法选取2015年1-12月在新疆医科大学健康管理中心参加健康体检的44 158名体检者为研究对象,依据空腹血糖(FPG)水平分为血糖正常组(NFG组,3.9~6.0 mmol/L)、空腹血糖调节受损组(IFG组,6.1~6.9 mmol/L)及糖尿病组(DM组,FPG≥7.0 mmol/L)3组,同时检测受检者的血常规,计算NLR,比较分析NLR与空腹血糖水平的关系。结果 NFG组、IFG组、DM组的NLR分别为(1.83±0.61)、(1.88±0.61)、(1.95±0.68),体检人群NLR随空腹血糖水平升高而增高,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);NLR与空腹血糖水平呈正相关(r=0.036,P<0.01)。Logistic多元回归分析结果显示,影响空腹血糖水平的危险因素为NLR、年龄、性别、体质指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及血尿酸(UA)。结论 NLR与空腹血糖水平相关,NLR升高是血糖升高的危险因素,NLR升高者需重视监测血糖水平。
