BOLD与DTI图像融合技术初探

摘要:

目的:探索一种实现血氧水平依赖与弥散张量成像图像融合的可行性方法。方法:运用事件相关功能磁共振成像技术,获得10名健康志愿者手指运动过程中大脑皮层功能图像,运用扩散张量成像技术获得运动区的下行纤维束的图像,采用磁共振分析软件对图像进行融合。结果:采用该方法可获得脑激活、纤维束和脑解剖的融合图像,运动区的激活模式及其下行的纤维束可同时在脑结构图上清晰显示。结论:应用磁共振分析软件可以实现功能磁共振成像与扩散张量图像的融合,为临床诊断和脑功能基础研究提供了新的途径。

Abstract:

Objective:To fuse the images of blood oxygen level dependence(BOLD-f MRI)and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI).Methods:Event related fMRI and DTI were performed in 10 health volunteers at a 1.5 T MR scanner.Images were processed with fMRI software packages.Results:High quality fusion images of fMRI and DTI were obtained,in which activation in the motor area,and corticofugal fibers originated from them were clearly visible in the brain.Conclusion:Fusion images of fMRI and DTI can be reliably generated by commonly used software packages.This method can provide a new promising tool for both clinical diagnosis and basic research of human brain function.
