目的:观察鹰嘴豆异黄酮提取物(CI)对高脂血症小鼠血脂的影响。方法:雄性昆明种小鼠78只按体重随机分为正常对照(NC)组、高脂血症对照(HC)组、鹰嘴豆异黄酮提取物(CI)高、中、低剂量组及脂必妥胶囊阳性对照组。高脂乳剂灌胃致小鼠高脂血症的同时CI干预持续10d后,分离血清,制备肝匀浆,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。结果:高脂乳剂灌胃后,HC组血清TC、TG水平较NC组明显升高(P<0.01),HDL-C明显降低(P<0.01)。CI中、高剂量组和阳性对照组血清TC水平较HC组明显降低(P<0.050.01);CI各剂量组、阳性对照组血清TG水平较HC组有降低趋势,但各剂量组间差异无统计学意义,HC组与阳性对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CI中、高剂量组和阳性对照组HDL-C较HC组明显升高(P<0.050.01),高剂量组与阳性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CI对小鼠实验性高脂血症有较好的预防作用,尤其以降低TC的作用最为明显。
Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of extract of Cicer arietium L. isoflavones(CI) on blood lipid in hyperlipidermia mice. Methods: According to body weight (BW), 78 male healthy mice were randomly divided into six groups.Mice were perfused with high lipid emulsion except NC group mice.At the same time, CI 160, 320, 640 mg/kg were given intragastrically(ig) in three CI treatment groups, and Zhibituo in male control group for 10 days. At the end of the treatment, serum was isolated,serum total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG), HDL-C were measured. Results: TC, TG levels in serum were significantly increased and HDL-C was significantly lower in HC group than those in NC group.Compared with HC group, TC levels in serum were significantly lower in CI 320 mg/kg and 640 mg/kg groups (P<0.05 and P<0.01), TG had no statistic difference. Conclusion: CI can decrease blood lipid for hyperlipidermia mice, especially serum total cholesterol. It might partly prevent the formation of hyperlipidermia.
