目的:探讨应用经阴道无张力尿道悬吊带(Tension-free vaginal tape,TVT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床效果和常见并发症。方法:选择25例女性压力性尿失禁患者,利用弧形Trocar穿刺针将TVT从阴道前壁切口放置于尿道中段下方,术后24 h拔除导尿管自行排尿。结果:全部患者随访6~24个月,平均14.6个月。22例治愈,2例有效,1例尿失禁复发。术后4例出现手术并发症,发生率为16%,其中手术中发生膀胱穿刺损伤3例,经膀胱尿道镜检查及时发现,退针重新穿刺,术后延长导尿管留置时间57 d后膀胱穿刺损伤部位自愈。耻骨后血肿1例,经保守治疗后康复。结论:TVT治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效满意,手术简单,安全可靠,无严重并发症。
Abstract：Objective: To assess the effects after the tension-free vaginal tape(TVT) procedure in women with stress urinary incontience.Methods: Twenty five patients with stress urinary incontinence underwent the TVT procedure.Results: The patients have been followed up for 6～24 months.All but one are effective.Conclusion: Our results demonstrate that the TVT procedure is a safe and effective method for the treatment of stress incontinence in the female patient.
