目的对比鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴与不伴鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法选取2010年3月-2012年10月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉科进行鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的患者55例(观察组),选取同期行鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉的患者55例(对照组),比较两组患者的临床疗效及术后并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者的总有效率(90.91%)低于对照组(92.73%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症的发生率(12.73%)高于对照组(10.90%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术用于治疗伴与不伴鼻息肉的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎均有确切疗效,术后并发症少,值得在临床推广应用。
Abstract：Objective To compare the clinical effects of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of with and without nasal polyps of chronic nasal-sinusitis.Methods From March 2010 to October 2012,55 patients with chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medica University were been selected as the study group,and then choose the other 55 patients without nasal polyps of chronic nasal-sinusitis at the seen as the control group.Both the two groups′patients used endoscopic sinus surgery,the clinical efficacy and incidences of complications of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe observation group′s total effective rate was[90.91%(50/55)],when compared with the control group′s total effective rate of[92.73%(51/55)],the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).When compared the postoperative complications of the observation group′s 15.56%and the control group′s 13.33%,Postoperative complications difference in the incidence had no statistically significance(P>0.05).Conclusions Endoscopic sinus surgery has an exact effect in the treatment of with and without nasal polyps of chronic nasal-sinusitis which has a fewer postoperative complications that worthy of clinical application.
