目的研究新疆某三甲医院腹腔镜下胆囊切除术实施临床路径效果分析。方法实施临床路径腹腔镜下胆囊切除术(实验组)与未实施临床路径腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者(对照组)对照分析研究,相关指标分析采用方差检验和t检验。结果实验组的平均住院日与平均住院费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);床位费、护理费、其他材料费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组比对照组一年可增加收治126例患者,医院可增加收入136.57万元。结论实施临床路径的腹腔镜下胆囊切除术可以在保证医疗质量安全的基础上有效缩短平均住院日,合理控制住院费用,优化流程,提高各部门工作效率,增加病床使用率,是促进医院内涵发展的有效管理工具。

Objective To evaluate the effects of clinical pathway(CP)for patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in a hospital of Xinjiang.Methods Variance and t test were used to analyze the correlations between observation group and control group.Results The average length of stay and average hospital charges of observation group were significantly lower than the control group;the relevance of charges in observation group were significantly lower than control group,which including bed,medical nursing and others fees.Furthermore,compared with control group,observation group increase 126 patients in a year and the hospital revenged 1 365 700 Yuan.Conclusions Based on promotion medical quality to carry out the clinical pathway of laparoscopic cholecystectomy could shorten the average length of stay,reasonable control hospital costs,optimize processes,and improve the efficiency of departments thereby increasing the bed utilization ratio.It′s an effective management tool to promote content development for hospital.
