选用体积密度(Vv)、表面积密度(Sv)和数密度(Nv),对大白鼠听皮员移植脑组织内神经元进行体视学研究。结果表明:移植组织内的三项指标(Vv:0.0898±0.0032,Sv:0.0269±0.0007,Nv:73±2)低于正常脑听皮质(Vv:0.1202±0.0031,Sv:0.0410±0.0012,Nv:92±3),P<0.01。
Abstract:Using volume density and surface density and numerical density, we analysed neuron stereologieally in cerebral cortex tissuc grafted in auditory cortex areas of adult rat. The result showed that the above three densities of the grafted neurons (Vv: 0.0898±0.0032; Sv: 0.0269±0.0007, Nv: 73±2) were lower, than the neurons of auditorycerebralcortex (Vv: 0.1202±0.0031, Sv: 0.0410±0.0012, Nv: 92±3) (P<0.02).
