目的 :探讨经尿道冷切开加电切术治疗尿道狭窄与闭锁的治疗方法。方法 :采用经尿道冷切开加尿道瘢痕电切术治疗 2 0例尿道狭窄与闭锁的患者。结果 :2 0例中手术成功 18例 (90 % ) ,其中一次手术成功 15例 ,二次手术成功 2例 ,三次手术成功 1例 ,手术失败 2例 ,均改为开放手术。术后随访 3个月～ 10年 ,17例排尿通畅 ,3例骨盆骨折后尿道狭窄患者术后短期尿道扩张后排尿通畅。结论:经尿道冷切开加电切术是尿道狭窄与闭锁的首选治疗方法 ,该方法安全、简单、有效。术后尿道扩张是防止再狭窄的重要手段。

Objective: To investigate the effective management for urethrostenosis and urethratresia. Methods: Twenty patients with urethrostenosis or urethratresia were treated by endourethral surgery,such as internal urethrotomy,transurethral scar resection. Results: Of the 20 cases,the outcome was satisfactory in 18 (90%). Endourethral surgery was carried out once for 15 patients and twice for 2 and three times for 1 with successful outcome,2 patients required open surgery. All patients had been followed up for 3~120 months,satisfactory voiding had been achieved. Conclusions: Endourethral surgery is a safe,simple and efficient treatment for urethrostenosis and urethratresia. It should be considered the treatment of first choice for major urethrostenosis and urethratresia.
