目的:调查骨恶性肿瘤的血型分布特点并进行相关性分析。方法:对45例原发性骨恶性肿瘤患者(骨恶性肿瘤组)及26 306例正常健康人群(对照组)ABO血型分布进行分析,采用χ2检验和相对危险度R来估计相对危险性。结果:骨恶性肿瘤组与对照组ABO血型分布之间有统计学差异(χ2=21.463,P=0.000),骨恶性肿瘤组血型分布从高到低分别为A型(46.67%)、B型(44.44%)、AB型(8.89%)、O型(0.00%);对照组血型分布从高到低分别为O型(30.51%)、B型(30.05%)、A型(29.36%)、AB型(10.07%)。O型血的人不容易患骨恶性肿瘤(R=0.997,CI=0.996～0.998)。结论:骨恶性肿瘤的发生与ABO血型分布有关,O型血起保护因素。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between ABO blood type and bone tumors.Methods:ABO blood type of 45 primarily bone tumors patients and 26 306 healthy crowds were analyzed which were examined by the chisquare tests and estimate the relative risk.Results:The distribution of ABO blood group between bone tumor patients and control group person have significant difference(χ²=21.463,P=0.000).The ABO blood distribution of bone tumor by turns from high to low was A type(46.67%),B type(44.44%),AB type(8.89%),and O type(0.00%).The ABO blood distribution of control group by turns from high to low was O type(30.51%),B type(30.05%),A type(29.36%),and AB type(10.07%).The O type person has not liable to bone tumors(R=0.997,CI=0.996～0.998).Conclusion:There are given relationship between bone tumors and The ABO blood distribution,the O type of blood make a protection role in occurrence of bone tumors.
