目的探讨针对逆行胰胆管造影术患者抑郁及焦虑的有效护理方法。方法选择2015年8月-2016年2月西安交通大学第一附属医院肝胆外科预行逆行胰胆管造影术患者180例,采用随机数字表法,分为干预组和对照组,干预组患者在常规护理的基础上分别在术前1天及术后第1、2、3天接受音乐疗法(聆听法),每天3次,每次30min,术中全程接受音乐疗法;对照组按常规护理。比较两组患者焦虑自评量表的评分、患者术中生命体征变化(血压、心率、呼吸)、手术持续时间及成功率。结果干预组术前1天及术后第1、2、3天焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组,手术持续时间缩短,干预组术中生命体征相对于对照组更加稳定(P<0.05)。结论音乐疗法有减轻逆行胰胆管造影围手术期患者焦虑及抑郁的作用,有利于患者积极配合手术,是一种有效便捷的护理方法。

Objective To explore the effect of individual music therapy on alleviating the anxiety of patients in peri-operation of ERCP.Methods A total of 180 patients given with ERCP operation were enrolled between August 2015 and February 2016 in this study and divided randomly in experimental and control groups.In addition to routine care,the experimental group received music therapy at the day of pre-operation and the first three days post-operation three times a day and 30 minutes per time.The entire received music therapy in the operation.Control group received routine care.the score of Self-Evaluation of Anxiety Questionnaire of the two groups was compared in terms of the changes of vital signs,time of operation and the rate of operation completion.Results Compared with control group,the experimental group has higher score at pre-operation day and the first three days post-operation,operation time was shortened,rate of operation completion was more higher and vital sign was more stable(P <0.05).Conclusion Individual music therapy helps to alleviate patients′anxiety pre-intra-and post-operation and patients would be more likely to combined with surgery.
