黑加仑果胶的提取及含量测定

摘要:

目的:探讨黑加仑果胶的提取及含量测定方法。方法:从新鲜黑加仑中提取黑加仑果胶粉,采用咔唑比色法测定其果胶含量。结果:2kg黑加仑果实制得果胶25g,其相应测定波长为530nm,在0~85μg/ml浓度范围内呈现很好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9991,平均回收率100.15%,相对标准偏差RSD=1.93%,测定黑加仑果胶含量为6.373%。结论:本方法简单准确,显色稳定,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为黑加仑果胶含量的测定方法。

Abstract:

Objective:To extracts the pectin and carry on the determination to its content from the blackcurrant fruit. Methods: To use the colorimetry of carbazole method determination. Results: The pectin 25 g was obtained from 2 kg blackcurrant fruit. The determination wave length was 530 nm. The good linearity range from 0~85 μg/ml (r=0.999 1), average returns-ratio was 100.15%, the relative standard deviation of 1.93%. The content percentage of blackcurrant was 6.373%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, color stability, high sensitivity, stable and suitable for the determination of pectin in Blackcurrant.
