目的分析与探讨慢性鼻窦炎、慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉与下呼吸道炎性疾病支气管哮喘及支气管哮喘肺功能阻塞程度的相关性。方法对72例慢性鼻窦炎患者(慢性鼻窦炎组)与120例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者(慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉组)的临床资料进行回顾性分析。分别对两组患者的肺功能改变程度与疾病的病变范围严重程度进行Spearman相关分析。结果 (1)慢性鼻窦炎组、慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉组支气管哮喘及变应性鼻炎的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)慢性鼻窦炎组有29例合并支气管哮喘;其中小气道通气功能阻塞患者、肺通气功能阻塞患者慢性鼻窦炎的病变范围与哮喘患者肺功能呈正相关(0 Objective To explore the correlation of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyposis with inflammatory diseases in the lower airway.Methods The clinical data of 194 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyposis treated by endoscopic surgery were retrospectively reviewed.Results In the 72 cases of chronic sinusitis,29 were accompanied with asthma and 16 with bronchitis.Chronic sinusitis varied very significantly in degree with different incidence rates of lower airway inflammatory diseases(P>0.05).In the122 cases of nasal polyposis,16 were accompanied with asthma inclod small airway airflow obstraction and 10 with bronchitis airflow obstraction.There was conspicuou direct correlation between the type of nasal polyposis and the incidence of lower airway inflammatory diseases(P<0.05).Neither was there between the groups of asthma and bronchitis in the incidence of lower airway inflammatory diseases(P>0.05).Both of the two team was conspicuou direct correlation with wheather ostium obstraction(0
