目的依据JCI标准对心血管病患者口服给药进行管理,促进给药安全。方法选择新疆医科大学第一附属医院2016年1-6月在心血管内科的住院患者1 760例,按入院时间分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规口服药管理模式,观察组患者通过调整排班模式、完善科室绩效分配方案、规范口服给药流程、提高护士药学知识、加强给药宣教等措施,实施JCl标准下的口服给药流程,分析两组患者护士口服给药流程的合格率及给药缺陷发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者看服到口率、药物宣教覆盖率、患者药物知识知晓率升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),给药缺陷发生率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据JCI标准加强口服给药管理,能有效促进心血管病患者口服给药的安全,提高护士的服务质量。

Objective According to the JCI standard to strengthen the administration of oral medication,promote the safety of medicine. Methods A total of 1760 hospitalized patients in Cardiovascular Department of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2016 to June 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to admission time. The control group was treated with conventional oral medicine management,patients in the observation group by adjusting the scheduling model, improving the performance specification allocation scheme,oral administration process and improving nurses' knowledge and strengthening measures on pharmaceutical drug education,to implement oral dosing process of JCl standard,and to analyze the two groups with passing rate of the drug administration and oral administration defect rate of the nurses. Results Compared with the control group,the oral taking-up rate,drug coverage rate and awareness rate of drug knowledge in the observation group were increased with statistical significance( P < 0.01),and oral administration defect rate was reduced with statistical significance( P <0.05). Conclusion The administration of oral drugs according to the JCI standard can effectively promote the safety of oral administration of patients with cardiovascular disease and improve the quality of service of nurses.
