目的 :评价国产稳定性 Cl O2 溶液体外对阴道滴虫、蛔虫卵、绦虫卵、蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫包囊的杀灭作用及对粘膜的刺激作用。方法 :用玻片染色法、蛔虫蚴培养法、六钩蚴人工孵育法观察药液对滴虫、寄生虫卵、包囊的致死作用及形态结构改变和不同浓度 Cl O2 溶液灌注小鼠阴道和点滴兔眼 ,用常规病理切片、眼瞬目反应、结膜充血、流泪等观察药液对粘膜刺激作用。结果 :0 .2 5～ 0 .0 31% Cl O2 (310 ppm)浓度直接作用 30～ 40 s对阴道滴虫有强致死作用 ,0 .5 % Cl O2 (5 0 0 0 ppm)作用 30 min对蛔虫卵、绦虫卵、蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫包囊均有强致死作用 ,低于0 .5 % (5 0 0 0 ppm) Cl O2 溶液 ,对阴道粘膜、眼结膜无任何刺激作用。结论:0 .5 % Cl O2 溶液可作为肠道寄生虫卵消毒剂 ,0 .0 31% Cl O2 可作防治滴虫性阴道炎外阴冲洗剂

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of stable disinfectant ClO\-2 on Trichomonas vaginalis, Ascaris lumbricoides ovum, cestode ovum and Giardia lamblia cyst and observe its irritating effect on mucosa. Method: The lethal effect of the medicine made in solution on Trichomonas vaginalis, ovum and cyst was observed by film staining, culturing larvae of Ascaris lumbricoides and hatching hexacanth embryo. The irritating effect of ClO\-2 on mucosa was studied by pathological section after pouring mouse's vagina. The twinkled reaction, conjuctiva hyperaemia and shedding tears were observed by dripping rabbit's eyes with different concentrations of ClO\-2 solution. Results: The concentration of 0.25%⁰.031% ClO\-2 (250 ppm~310 ppm) had intense lethal efficacy on Trichomonas vaginalis with 30～40 seconds direct effect, the concentration of 0.5% ClO\-2 (5000 ppm) has intense lethal effect on Ascaris lumbricoides ovum, cestode ovum and Giardia lamblia cyst with 30 minutes contecting.There's no irritation on mucosa when concentration of ClO\-2 lower than 0.5% (5000 ppm). Thus it showed that the 0.5% ClO\-2 solution can be the disinfectant of intestinal parasite ovum and the 0.031% ClO\-2 solution can be the vulva washing for Trichomonad vaginitis.
