目的 研究富血小板纤维蛋白膜(Platelet rich fibrin,PRF)联合西帕依固龈液治疗中度牙周炎的疗效。方法 以2021年8月-2022年6月新疆军区总医院口腔颌面外科(口腔门诊)就诊的91名中度牙周炎的患者为研究对象，随机分为试验组(47人)和对照组(44人)。对照组采用常规牙周基础治疗结合西帕依固龈液含漱。试验组在对照组基础上，联合PRF治疗，术后1个月复查，比较两组治疗前后有效率、牙龈出血指数(Sulcus bleeding index, SBI)、菌斑指数(Plaque index, PLI)、附着丧失指数(Loss of attachment, AL)、探诊深度(Probing depth, PD),采用ELISA法检测炎性因子水平白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-8、IL-10。结果 与对照组比较，试验组治疗后总有效率升高，牙周SBI、PLI、AL,PD水平均降低，牙龈沟液中IL-1β、IL-8、IL-10水平均下降，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PRF联合西帕依固龈液治疗中度牙周炎效果显著，值得临床推广。

Objective Analysis of the efficacy of autologous blood platelet-rich fibrin membrane combined with Uyghur medicine Xipayi mouth rinse in treatment of moderate periodontitis. Methods A total of 91 patients with moderate periodontitis who visited in the hospital from August 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. The subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group(47 people) and the control group(44 people). The control group was treated with conventional periodontal basic therapy and Xipayi mouth rinse. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group was treated with autologous blood platelet-rich fibrin membrane, and the patients were re-examined 1 month after the operation to compare effective rate, sulcus bleeding index, plaque index, loss of attachment, probing depth and ELISA between the two groups before and after the treatment Interleukin(IL)-1β, IL-8 and IL-10 were detected by the method. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the test group increased after treatment, and the levels of periodontal SBI, PLI, AL, PD decreased, and IL-1 in gingival crevicular fluid β, the levels of IL-8 and IL-10 decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion Autologous platelet-rich fibrin membrane combined with Uyghur medicine Xipayi mouth rinse has a significant effect on periodontitis, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
