目的了解新疆二级综合性医院患者对医疗服务的满意状况,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查表对新疆地区5所二级综合性医院患者对医疗机构服务的满意度进行调查,应用多元非条件Lo-gistic回归分析影响因素。结果新疆二级综合性医院患者的总体满意度为86.6%,影响总体满意度的因素有住院期间治疗结果、医师诊疗时的热情耐心及护士在提供护理服务时尊重和保护个人隐私等。结论新疆二级综合性医院不仅要提高医疗技术水平,还要强调工作人员的服务意识,应加强综合性医院对患者的沟通宣传,减少医患之间信息的不对称障碍,从而增加病人的信任感。同时,医院应充分体现现代医疗的人性化需求。
Abstract:Objective To learn the status satisfaction of patients to medical service in two-level general hospitals in Xinjiang,and explore its influencing factors.Methods The self-designed questionnaire was used to the Xinjiang region 5 two-level general hospitals patients for medical service satisfaction survey.Data were analyzed by unconditioned Logistic regression analysis.Results The overall satisfaction of patients was 86.6%.The major factors influencing satisfaction degree were therapeutic outcome,patience of doctors,respecting and protecting personal privacy of patients.Conclusion Measures of improving medical technology,stressing health service consciousness of medical workers should be taken;We should strengthen doctor-patient communication,decrease obstacles of asymmetric doctor-patient information which is helpful to increase patients′ trust.Meanwhile,hospitals should completely embody humanized demands of modern medical service.
