目的:研究犬脊柱三维适形调强放疗后脊髓损伤的程度以及血清髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)的动态变化和意义。方法:选用雄性比格犬10只随机分成3组,A组(4只,每只放射总剂量均为70 GR),B组(4只,每只放射总剂量均为50 GR),C组2只为正常对照组。对比格犬胸9、胸10椎体进行适型调强放疗,分别于放疗前、放疗结束后第3天、第7天、第14天、第21天、第28天、第3个月抽取静脉血4 m1,用酶联免疫吸附定量测定法(ELISA法)测定MBP浓度值。结果:本研究通过对比格犬胸9、胸10椎体适形调强放疗后用ELISA法测定MBP浓度值的动态变化,结果发现:实验各组在放疗前血清MBP浓度值非常低,可以看作为正常临界值,实验各组放疗前到放疗结束后3 d务血清MBP浓度值均有明显增高,从放疗结束后第3天到3个月血清MBP浓度值实验各组均有所下降,但仍明显高于放疗前血清MBP浓度值。放疗前A组与B组间血清MBP浓度值比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。放疗后各时间段A组血清MBP浓度值均高于B组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:本课题用血清髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)浓度来判定脊柱适形调强放疗后对脊髓损伤的程度,方法可靠,检测简单,能动态的、准确的反映放疗对脊髓损伤的程度。
Abstract:Objective:Research Beagle spinal three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy after spinal cord injury and the extent of serum myelin basic protein(MBP) of the dynamic changes and significance. Methods:Selected 10 male beagle dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups,A group(four each total dose radiation are 70GR),B group(four each total dose radiation are 50GR),C group 2 for the normal the control group. Contrast chest dogs 9,10 thoracic vertebrae carry out fitness-based intensity modulated radiation therapy,respectively, before radiotherapy and radiotherapy after the end of the first 3 days,7 days,14 days,21 days,28 days, 3 months,taking blood 4ml,using quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA method) determination of MBP concentration.Results:In this study,by comparing chest dogs 9,10 thoracic vertebrae conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy followed by ELISA method MBP concentration value of the dynamic changes and found that.The experiment in each group at pre-radiotherapy serum MBP concentration is very low,you can look as normal threshold,the experiment in each group before radiotherapy to radiotherapy after the end of three days of serum MBP concentration were significantly increased,from the radiotherapy after the end of the first 3 days to 3 months experimental serum MBP concentration has declined in each group,but still significantly higher in pre-radiotherapy serum MBP concentration.Radiotherapy before the A group and B group comparison of serum concentrations of MBP,no significant difference(P>0.05).Radiotherapy after the time period A Group MBP serum concentration values were higher than the B group,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: This subject with serum myelin basic protein(MBP) concentration to determine the spinal conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy on the extent of spinal cord injury,methods reliable and easy detection,can be dynamic, accurate reflection of radiotherapy on the degree of spinal cord injury.
