目的探讨MRI-DWI在早期大鼠肝泡球蚴病模型中的应用价值。方法对接种9w并经超声筛查确认接种成功的40只SD大鼠进行MRI-DWI检查,记录病灶在MRI-T1、T2以及DWI图像上的特点,并与病理结果进行对照。结果早期大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴在T1WI图像上表现为单个或多个类圆形低信号,T2及DWI图像上均表现为单个或多个类圆形高信号,DWI成像中病灶周边可见稍低于病灶内部的环形区,类似"月晕"征。病灶边缘区的ADC值较病灶内部及邻近正常肝组织高(P<0.05)。HE染色镜下见单个或多个囊泡样红染结构,正常肝组织交界区富含微血管,伴炎性细胞浸润。结论早期大鼠肝泡球蚴病灶周边"月晕区"可作为DWI诊断该病较特异的依据,该区域的ADC值高于病灶内部及正常肝实质,经病理证实该区域为富含微血管的区域。
Abstract:Objective This study was to demonstrate characteristic imaging and accurate evaluation in early stage of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis(HAE)by Diffusion-weighted MRI(DWI).Methods The early stage of experimentally induced secondary HAE in 40 rats was studied.Forty HAE lesions in 40 rats,confirmed by Ultrasonography,were examined by MRI-T1,T2 and DWI.Results The early stage of experimentally induced secondary HAE presented low signal on MRI-T1,single or multiple round high signal on MRI-T2.The"halo"sign surrounding lesion was shown on DWI,and the ADC value of"halo"belt was higher than the centre of lesion and the normal hepatic tissue(P <0.05).Hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining showed that the small cyst was surrounded by the characteristically proliferated small blood vessels and infiltrated inflammatory cells.Conclusion The"halo zone"surrounding the lesions is the typical feature in DWI for the early stage of experimentally induced secondary HAE in rats,and the higher ADC value represented the inflammatory response belt with microvascular.
