目的 探讨乌鲁木齐市脑力劳动者职业紧张水平。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取乌鲁木齐市脑力工作者1 300人,使用工作紧张测量问卷(JSS)测试职业紧张程度。结果不同性别脑力劳动者职业紧张比较工作紧张指数、工作压力指数差异有统计学意义,女性高于男性;不同民族脑力劳动者职业紧张比较差异无统计学意义;不同职称脑力劳动者职业紧张比较工作紧张指数、工作压力指数差异有统计学意义,高级职称组高于初级职称组;不同工种职业紧张比较工作紧张指数、工作压力指数、组织支持缺乏指数差异有统计学意义,科学技术人员高于公务员;不同经济收入脑力劳动者职业紧张比较工作紧张指数、工作压力指数、组织支持缺乏指数差异均有统计学意义,经济收入≥2 500元脑力劳动者高于经济收入<2 500元脑力劳动者。结论脑力劳动者职业紧张存在人口学差异。

Objective To investigate the occupational stress status among mental workers in Urumqi.Methods We adopted randomized stratification sampling and used occupational stress questionnaires in 1 300 mental workers.Results The result of comparison between work tension index,job pressure index of male workers and those of female workers showed statistical significance,that female had heavier work tension and job pressure than male;It had no statistically significant difference in occupational stress when comparison made among different peoples;Mental workers with senior professional title had remarkably higher work tension index and job pressure index than mental workers with junior professional title.Analysis show that there are higher work tension index,lacking of organizational Support index and job pressure index in science,technology personnel than that in civil servant,and the differences are statistically significant;Significant differences were found when comparing indexes between different earning groups,over-2 500 yuan earning group surpassed under-2 500 yuan earning group in every index.Conclusion There are differences on the dimensions of occupational stress varied with demographic characteristic.
