目的探讨人性化护理用于口腔种植患者的效果。方法将口腔种植患者122例随机分为传统护理组和人性化护理组,分别采用传统护理方式和人性化护理方式,比较两组患者种植体成功率和满意度。结果传统护理组与人性化护理组种植体成功率分别为98.3%和98.4%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),传统护理组满意度(84.7%)低于人性化护理组(98.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应在口腔种植等其他口腔护理流程中得到广泛推广和实施。
Abstract：Objective To explore the effects of humanized nursing on tooth-implanting patients.Methods One hundred and twenty two tooth-implanting patients were randomly divided the into 2 groups,which were applied to traditional nursing mode(traditional nursing group) and humanized nursing mode(humanized nursing group) respectively,compared success rate of implant and degree of satisfaction between these 2 groups.Results The success rate of implant of traditional nursing group and humanized nursing group was 98.3% and 98.4%,respectively.There was no significant the satisfaction of traditional nursing group(84.7%) was less than that of humanized nursing group(98.4%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing should be popularized and implemented widely in processes of oral implanting and other oral nursing.
