目的:评价无张力疝修补术在治疗老年人腹外疝中的临床疗效。方法:无张力疝修补术300例,随机分成平片修补组(A组)和疝环充填式修补组(B组),对2组的手术时间、人工材料费用及术后并发症等方面进行对比分析。结果:2组患者在年龄、住院时间、术后并发症、手术时间等方面无明显差异;在人工材料费用方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2种无张力疝修补术中平片修补法费用低,值得在基层医院推广。

Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of tension-free hernioplasty in treating abdominal outer hernia of elderly patients.Methods: Three hundred elderly inguinal hernia patients who were taken Tension-free hernioplasty in my department were randomized into mesh repair group(A) and plug-mesh repair group(B),and then compared them in operation times,hospitalization expenses and postoperative complications etc.Results: Was no statistically difference in age,duration of hospitalization,postoperative complications in the two groups.However,there were significant differences in operation expenses,and operation times(P<0.05).Conclusion: Between two types of tension-free hernioplasty,mesh tension-free hernioplasty is cheaper in expenses and worth to extend in basic level hospital.
