目的观察阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床疗效及对血脂水平的影响。方法将137例确诊颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的患者随机分为他汀组(62例)和联合治疗组(75例),他汀组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,联合组采用阿托伐他汀与普罗布考联合治疗,共观察6个月,比较两组治疗前后斑块面积情况及血脂变化。结果治疗6个月后,两组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平升高,颈动脉内膜斑块面积减少,差异有统计学意义;联合治疗组TC、TG与LDL-C变化与他汀组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合普罗布考治疗能够明显改善颈动脉粥样硬化斑块,显著调节血脂水平。

Objective To observe atorvastatin combined with probucol on the clinical efficacy and lipid levels of carotid atherosclerotic plaques of neck.Methods One hundred and thirty seven cases which were diagnosed carotid atherosclerotic plaque formation were randomized into Atorvastatin group(62 cases) and combined treatment group(75 cases),patients in the statin Atorvastatin group were treated with Atorvastatin,patients in the combined treatment group were treated with Atorvastatin combined with probucol,they were observed for six months.The plaque area and lipid changes of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment for 6 months,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL) decreased,the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) increased in both groups.Carotid artery membrane patch area decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Changes of TC,TG and LDL in the combined treatment groups were statistically significant compared with the statin group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin statins combined with probucol could significantly improve the carotid atherosclerotic plaque and notablely regulated blood lipid levels.
