目的对新疆昆仑雪菊的主要化学成分进行比较系统的定性研究。方法利用水提取法、醇提取法和石油醚提取法制备雪菊的鉴定样品;利用未知天然药材的系统预试研方法进行化学成分类型鉴定。结果水提取物中检测出氨基酸、蛋白质、糖类、生物碱、酚类、黄酮类、皂苷类、有机酸等成分;醇提取物中检测出生物碱、酚类、有机酸、蒽醌类、黄酮类等成分;石油醚提取物中检测出挥发油、油脂、甾体、内酯及香豆素等成分。结论鉴定结果对昆仑雪菊化学成分和药理活性的研究及新产品开发奠定一定基础。
Abstract:Objective To obtain chemical constituent information of Coreopsis tinctoria flowers from the Kunlun Mountain in Xinjiang.Methods Systematically analyzing method of unknown medicinal plant were used,the samples were prepared by water extraction,ethanol extraction and petroleum ether extraction methods.Results Amino acid,protein,saccharide,alkaloids,phenolic compounds,flavonoid,saponin and organic acid were detected in the water extracts.Alkaloids,phenolic compounds,organic acid,anthraquinone and flavonoid were detected in the ethanol extract.Volatile oil,oil and fat,steroid,lactone and coumarin were detected in petroleum ether extracts.Conclusion These results could provide an initial base for the progressive study on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Coreopsis tinctoria flowers.
