目的:探讨血清中CR1免疫调节因子检测的临床意义。方法:选择121例患者(乙肝、恶性肿瘤、创伤、肾病综合征)为实验组,80例健康人为对照组。采用细胞免疫检测技术,用粒细胞作被调节细胞来检测血清中的调节因子对红细胞上的CR1的调节作用,分别计算血清中CR1免疫调节促进因子对C3bRR的促进率和CR1免疫调节抑制因子对C3bRR抑制率,并对其进行比较。结果:与对照组免疫调节功能比较,实验组中恶性肿瘤、乙肝患者和创伤骨折患者促进率明显下降(P<0.01),抑制率明显升高(P<0.01),肾病综合征患者促进率升高,而抑制率下降(P<0.05)。结论:血清中的红细胞免疫促进因子与抑制因子的含量可反映血清中免疫调节因子的变化规律,同时也能间接地反映红细胞的免疫功能。

Objective: To explore the significance of immune adjusting factor CR₁ in the serum. Methods:One hundred and twenty one patients (Hepatitis B, malignant tumor, trauma, nephritic syndrome) were selected for test group, and 80 healthy persons for contrast group. Adopting cell immune testing technology, calculating the promoting ratio of immune adjusting promotion factor CR₁ in the serum to C_3bRR and the inhibiting ratio of immune adjusting inhibition factor CR₁ in the serum to C_3bRR, were calculated and compared them. Results: Compared with immune function of contrast group, the promoting ratio from malignant tumor, Hepatitis B and trauma patients of test group descended clearly, while inhibiting ratio rised up. The promoting ratio rised up and inhibiting ratio descended from nephritic syndrome. Conclusions: The method that adopting leukocyte as adjusted cells is used to test the adjusting effect of adjusting factors in the serum to CR\-1 on RBC is completely feasible. The content of immune promotion factors and inhibition factors on RBC in the serum can reflect the various regularity of adjusting factors in the serum and it can also reflect indirectly immune function of RBC.
