目的探讨特定电磁波谱治疗仪(TDP)辅助常规治疗小儿腹泻病的临床疗效。方法选择新疆乌恰县人民医院儿科收治的70例腹泻病患儿,以2008年10月—2009年6月收治的35例患儿为对照组,予常规治疗;2009年10月—2010年6月收治的35例患儿为治疗组,在常规治疗的同时加用特定电磁波谱治疗仪(TDP)腹部理疗。对两组的疗效、止泻时间及住院时间进行观察和分析。结果治疗组的总有效率、止泻时间、住院天数分别为88.57%、(3.18±0.88)d、(5.20±1.16)d;对照组的总有效率、止泻时间、住院天数分别为68.57%、(3.79±1.01)d、(5.91±1.44)d,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TDP辅助常规治疗小儿腹泻病疗效确切,可缩短止泻时间和减少住院时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of adjunctive therapy of specific electromagnetic waves(TDP) to treat infantile diarrheas.Methods A retrospective research was performed on 70 cases of diarrheas who were the children in the department of pediatrics,in Wuqia People′s Hospital of Xinjiang.35 cases from October 2008 to June 2009 were the control group which were treated by only conventional therapy;35 cases from October 2009 to June 2010 were the treatment group which were treated by the abdomen physical therapy with TDP besides conventional therapy.The changes of clinical efficacy,time of stopping diarrheas,length of stay of patients with abdomen physical therapy were compared with the patients without the abdomen physical therapy.The results were supported by analysis.Results The total effective rates,time of stopping diarrheas,the length of stay of the treatment group were 88.57%,(3.18±0.88)d,(5.20±1.16)d.Total effective rates,time of stopping diarrheas,the length of stay of the control group were 68.57%,(3.79±1.01) d,(5.91±1.44) d.All in the treatment group were significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: TDP auxiliary conventional treatment of children with diarrheal disease had curative effect,it can shorten antidiarrheal time and reduce hospitalization time.It is worthy of clinical appliacation.
