目的探讨溴隐亭对轻度高泌乳素血症女性患者性功能和抑郁症状的影响。方法纳入30例轻度高泌乳素血症的年轻女性,其中15例接受溴隐亭治疗(溴隐亭组),15例不接受治疗(高泌乳素组)。另外招募14名年龄和体重相匹配的健康女性作为健康对照组。3组受试者治疗前后分别填写女性性功能指数(The Female Sexual Function Index,FSFI)和贝克抑郁量表第2版(Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ,BDI-Ⅱ)问卷。结果高泌乳素组和溴隐亭组患者的总FSFI得分、欲望、唤醒、润滑和性交困难得分显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前和高泌乳素组相比较,溴隐亭组患者FSFI总分、欲望、唤醒、润滑和性交困难的得分增高差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。溴隐亭组治疗前异常升高的BDI-Ⅱ评分在治疗后有降低的趋势,但差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。和健康对照相比较,未治疗的高泌乳素组患者的性功能和抑郁症状未得到改善。结论溴隐亭对轻度高泌乳素血症女性患者性功能障碍有较好的疗效,并对其抑郁症状有一定的改善作用。

Objective Objective To investigate the effect of bromocriptine on sexual function and depression in women with mild hyperprolactinemia. Methods 30 young women with mild hyperprolactinemia were enrolled, 15 of whom received bromocentine therapy(bromocentine group) and 15 received no treatment(hyperprolactin group). A further 14 healthy women(control group) of appropriate age and weight were recruited. The Female Sexual Function Index(The Female Sexual Function Index, FSFI) and the second version of The Beck Depression Inventory(Beck′ Inventory-Ⅱ, BDI-Ⅱ) questionnaire of three groups of subjects were collected before and after treatment, respectively. Results The total FSFI score, desire, arousal, lubrication and dysplasia of patients in the bromocentine group and bromocriptine group were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05). Compared with the pre-treatment and bromocentine groups, the FSFI total score and the scores of desire, arousal, lubrication and dysplasia in the bromocentine group were significantly elevated(P<0.05). The abnormally elevated BDI-Ⅱ score in the bromocriptine group showed a tendency to decrease after treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Sexual function and depressive symptoms were not improved in untreated patients with hyperprolactinemia when compared with healthy controls. Conclusion Bromocriptine has a good effect on sexual function of female patients with mild hyperprolactinemia, and slightly affects the depressive symptoms of female patients.
