目的 通过对新疆健康体检(管理)机构进行调查，分析了解新疆健康体检(管理)机构发展情况及服务现状。方法 本研究为现况研究，对全疆经批准有执业许可从事健康体检业务的独立或附设医疗机构开展调查，调查时间为2020年1-12月，调查内容包括健康体检(管理)机构基本情况，包括机构类别、机构级别、经营性质等；健康体检(管理)机构提供的服务情况，包括提供健康体检服务及健康管理服务内容等，对结果进行分析。结果 (1)新疆健康体检(管理)机构分布在全疆14个地州，P地区健康体检(管理)机构最多，有98家，占比54.44%。呈现出以附设公立综合医疗机构为主，P地区健康体检(管理)机构发展好于O地区和Q地区。(2)新疆健康体检(管理)机构体检服务项目设置中，基础项目开展良好，大部分专项检查项目开展较好；健康管理服务项目提供方面：基础项目、实验室检查和超声检查开展率为100%,专科检查、功能检查、影像检查服务项目开展率均达到90%以上；病理检查、专项检查、健康管理服务以及检后随访形式的服务开展率均达到了80%。结论 新疆健康体检(管理)机构总体发展有待提高，健康体检(管理)机构存在地区发展不均衡现象，健康体检(管理)机构体检服务和健康管理服务水平还需进一步提高。

Objective To analyze and understand the development of health examination(management) institutions and the current situation of services in Xinjiang through a survey of health examination(management) institutions in Xinjiang. Methods As a current study, this study conducted a survey on the independent or affiliated medical institutions had been approved to engage in the business of health examination. The survey period was from January to December 2020. The survey contents included the basic information of health examination(management) institutions, including the category, level of institutions and nature of operation, etc. The services provided by health examination(management) institutions, including the contents of health examination services and health management services, were analyzed. Res-ults(1) Xinjiang health examination(management) institutions were distributed in 14 prefectures of Xinjiang, the P region had the most, with 98 health examination(management) institutions, accounting for 54.44%. It was dominated by public integrated medical institutions, the development of health examination(management) institutions in P region was better than that in O region and Q region.(2) In the setting of physical examination service items in Xinjiang health examination(management) institutions, the basic items were well developed, and most special inspection items were well developed. In terms of the provision of health management services, the development rate of basic projects, laboratory examinations and ultrasonic examinations was 100%, and the development rate of specialist examinations, functional examinations and imaging examinations was over 90%. The service rate of pathological examination, special examination, health management service and post-examination follow-up situation had reached 80%. Conclusion The overall development momentum of health examination(management) institutions in Xinjiang needs to be improved, and the unbalanced of regional development exists in health examination(management) institutions. The level of health examination service and health management service of health examination(management) institutions needs to be further improved.
