目的:建立一种肝包虫病标准化分型体系对包虫病的诊断、社区普查及确定合理的治疗方案和疗效评价体系是极其重要的。方法 :根据医院总计 4 82 7例包虫病资料统计中 ,肝包虫病 315 4例 (6 5 .34% ) ,其中肝泡型包虫病 97例 (3.0 8% ) ,分析了肝包虫病的临床表现和影像学特征 ,并且与 WTO/ IWGE协作组推荐的标准化分型特点进行了对比。 结果:从临床和影像学专业角度提出关于囊型包虫病的 T DC分型和泡型包虫病的 PJVM分型。 结论 :T DC和 PJVM分型能更多地反映出两种包虫病的病灶范围、影像学特征、临床表现以及主要并发症
Abstract：Objective: To establish a system of standard classification for hepatic echinococcosis made an extreme importance in the application of diagnosis, community screening, rational treatment and efficacy evaluation. Methods: Based on the analysis of 4 827 hydatid data in our hospital and institute, a total of 3 154 cases (65.34%) has been analyzed in which there were 97 (3.08%) alveolar echinococcosis (AE) in liver. Result: From the clinical and imaging points of views, classifications of both T D C for cystic echinococcosis (CE) and PJVM for AE have been proposed, in comparison with WHO/IWGE method. Conclusion: Classification of T D C and PJVM seems to have offer more information for both diseases in the lesion location, imaging characteristic, clinical manifestations and major complications.
