目的:观察比较诺和锐30和诺和灵30R治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将64例2型糖尿病患者随机分成诺和锐30组和诺和灵30R组,治疗12周后,观察两种不同治疗方案患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体质指数(BMI)、胰岛素剂量变化及低血糖发生的情况。结果:(1)两组治疗后FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c均明显下降(P<0.01),但诺和锐30组餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白下降更明显(P<0.05);(2)诺和锐30组低血糖发生率明显低于诺和灵30R组(P<0.05);(3)诺和锐30组胰岛素剂量、体质指数增加幅度高于诺和灵30R组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:诺和锐30能更好地降低2型糖尿病的血糖水平,尤其是餐后血糖,且不增加低血糖的风险。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of insulin aspart 30 injection and novolin 30R prnfill in treament of type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Method: Sixty-four patients with T2DM were randomly divided into two groups: insulin aspart 30 injection group and novolin 30R prnfill group.After 12 weeks,the levels of fasting plasma glucose(FBG),2 hours postprandial glucose(2 hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),body-mass index(BMI),insulin dosages,frequency of hypoglycemia were compared before and after the treament.Results:(1) FBG,2 hPBG,HbA1c were significantly decreased in two groups(P<0.01),but insulin aspart 30 injection group was associated with a significantly lower 2 hPBG,HbA1c than novolin 30R prnfill group(P<0.05).(2) The frequency of hypoglycemia of insulin aspart 30 injection group was significantly lower than that of novolin 30R prnfill group(P<0.05).(3) The level of insulin dosages and body-mass index of insulin aspart 30 injection groups was higher than that of novolin 30R prnfill groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Insulin aspart 30 injection can effectively decrease 2 hour postprandial glucose and frequency of hypoglycemia in type 2 diabetic patients.
