目的 系统评价膏摩疗法对骨关节疾病的疗效。方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方数据、中文科技期刊数据库、Web of Science、Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials、EMBASE、Scopus,获取膏摩疗法治疗骨关节疾病的随机或半随机对照试验，检索时间范围为数据库建立至2024年8月31日，采用RevMan 5.4软件进行数据分析。结果 纳入15项研究，涉及膝关节骨性关节炎、踝关节扭伤、肩周炎、类风湿性关节炎、腰痛、颈椎病，共计1 101名患者，其中试验组552例，对照组549例。Meta分析结果显示，与对照组相比，膏摩疗法可有效改善骨关节疾病临床症状(OR=3.89, 95%CI:2.58～5.88,P<0.05),并减轻疼痛(SMD=-0.83, 95%CI:-1.23～-0.43,P<0.05)。干预组间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P=0.50)。结论 膏摩疗法联合口服药物、推拿等治疗骨关节疾病可有效改善临床症状，临床效果优于单纯口服药物、推拿等治疗。
Abstract：Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of ointment massage therapy in the treatment of osteoarticular diseases. Methods A comprehensive search was conducted across databases including CNKI, Wanfang Data, China Science and Technology Journal Database, Web of Science, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, EMBASE and Scopus. The search included randomized or quasi-randomized controlled trials on ointment massage therapy for osteoarticular diseases, from the inception of the databases to August 31, 2024. Data analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4. Results A total of 15 studies were included, covering conditions such as knee osteoarthritis, ankle sprain, periarthritis of the shoulder, rheumatoid arthritis, low back pain and cervical spondylosis, with a total of 1 101 patients(552 in the experimental group and 549 in the control group). The meta-analysis results indicated that compared with the control group, ointment massage therapy significantly improved clinical symptoms of osteoarticular diseases(OR=3.89, 95%CI: 2.58～5.88, P<0.05) and alleviated pain(SMD=-0.83,95%CI:-1.23～-0.43, P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the intervention groups(P=0.50). Conclusion Ointment massage therapy has demonstrated good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of osteoarticular diseases.
