基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件的再生医学治疗骨关节炎的文献计量学分析

摘要:

目的 对骨关节炎(Osteoarthritis, OA)再生医学领域的文献进行计量与可视化分析,探究其研究现状、热点及发展趋势。方法 使用Web of Science数据库检索1995年8月至2023年8月发表的与再生医学治疗OA相关的文章。采用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对数据分类分析,涵盖国家发文量、合作情况、作者、机构、期刊及关键词热点等。结果 本研究共检索到6 441篇关于再生医学治疗OA的文献。自2010年起,本领域发表的文献数量显著增长。中国是发文量最大的国家,并与美国、德国、意大利及英国有密切的合作关系,其中与美国联系最为频繁。上海交通大学是发文量最大的机构(126篇)。意大利学者Giuseppe Filardo是该领域发表文章最多作者(57篇),OSTEOARTHRITIS AND CARTILAGE是发表文献数量和总被引量最多的期刊,篇均被引量76.49次。关键词热点分析显示,干细胞、富血小板血浆、透明质酸、外泌体(Extracellular vesicles, EV)和骨科生物疗法是研究的重点。结论 再生医学治疗OA的研究在全球范围内得到了广泛关注,领域聚集细胞疗法和EV的机制研究;中国在该领域的研究发展迅速,但仍然需要与各国合作,提升原创性与影响力。

Abstract:

Objective To measure and visualize the literature in the field of regenerative medicine for osteoarthritis(OA), and to investigate the current status, hotspots and development trends of its research. Methods Articles related to regenerative medicine for OA published between August 1995 and August 2023 were searched using the Web of Science database. CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to categorize and analyze the data, including national publications, collaborations, author analysis, institutional analysis, journal analysis and keyword hotspot analysis. Results This study identified a total of 6 441 research articles on regenerative medicine for the treatment of OA. The number of publications in this field were increased rapidly since 2010. China was the country with the highest publication output and maintains close collaborative relationships with the United States, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom, with the collaboration between China and the United States being the most frequent. Shanghai Jiao Tong University was the institution with the highest number of publications(126 articles). Italian scholar Giuseppe Filardo was the most prolific author in this field(57 articles). OA and Cartilage was the journal with both the highest number of publications and the highest total citation count, boasting an average of 76.49 citations per article. Keyword hotspot analysis showed that stem cells, platelet-rich plasma(PRP), hyaluronic acid, extracellular vesicles(EV), and orthopedic biological therapies were the focus of research. Conclusion Research on regenerative medicine for the treatment of OA has garnered significant attention globally. The field is increasingly concentrating on the mechanistic studies of cell therapies and EV. Research in this domain is rapidly expanding in China, yet collaboration with international partners remains essential to enhance its originality and impact.
