目的:了解乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族健康体检人群高尿酸血症的患病情况,为临床治疗高尿酸血症和预防代谢性疾病提供依据。方法:采用尿酸酶法对乌鲁木齐市694例维吾尔族健康体检者的血尿酸水平进行测定,分析并比较不同年龄段(≤30岁、31~40岁、41~50岁、≥51岁)、不同性别维吾尔族血尿酸水平及高尿酸血症检出率。结果:694例中高尿酸血症122例(17.6%),男性104例(27.4%),女性18例(5.7%),男女高尿酸血症检出率之比为4.8∶1,男性明显多于女性(χ2=56.044,P<0.05)。694例维吾尔族血尿酸水平平均为(310.68±106.85)μmol/L,其中男性、女性血尿酸水平分别为(364.09±99.52)μmol/L和(246.42±75.44)μmol/L,男性明显高于女性(t=17.264,P<0.05)。不同年龄段维吾尔族尿酸水平和高尿酸血症的检出率随着年龄的升高而升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高尿酸血症与痛风和多种代谢疾病有关,同时由于不同民族生活方式的不同,维吾尔族高尿酸血症也表现出一定特点,应针对新疆饮食和民族特点开展健康教育以预防和控制高尿酸血症和相关疾病。
Abstract:Objectives: Through analysis the uric acid level of Uygur to found the prevalence of hyperuricemia of Uygur ethnic in Urumqi. Methods: From January to December 2006, the blood samples were collected for serum uricacid (SUA) level detection, the population included 694 subjects aged 20 to 70 years. These subjects were divided into four groups according to age (≤30 year, 31~40 year, 41~50 year, ≥51 year). The serum uric acid level and the prevalence of hyperuricemia of Uygur ethnic in different sexs and different age groups were analysed. Results: Hyperuricmia in 122 subjects of Uygur ethnic (17.6%) were found, 104(27.4%) in men, 18(5.7%) in women. It was 3.8 times higher in men than in woman(χ2=56.044, P<0.05). The mean value of SUA was 310.68±106.85 μmol/L, 364.092±99.52 μmol/L in men and 246.42±75.44 μmol/L in woman. It was significant higher in men than in woman (P<0.05). Conclusions: Hyperuricmia has association with gout and other metabolic diseases.Uygur population has its own characteristic.We must be make health education to prevent and control hyperuricmia and correlated disease according to the diet and characteristic of Uygur.
