目的探讨丹参多酚酸盐对代谢综合征患者血液流变学的影响。方法测定51例代谢综合征患者(治疗组)经丹参多酚酸盐治疗前后血液流变学的变化,注射用丹参多酚酸盐200mg加入0.9%氯化钠溶液250mL,每日1次静脉输注,疗程14d,同时测定52例健康者(对照组)的血液流变学指标。结果治疗组治疗前全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原均较对照组增高,红细胞变形指数较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。代谢综合征患者经丹参多酚酸盐治疗后全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原均较治疗前降低,红细胞变形指数较治疗前增加,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐可改善代谢综合征患者血液流变学指标,对代谢综合征治疗有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of Salvianolate on hemorheological paramerers in the metabolic syndrome.Methods 51 patients with MS were treated with Salvianolate,the hemorheological paramerers of both before and two weeks after treatment were measured.52 healthy people served as controls,the hemorheological paramerers were also measured.Results The whole blood viscosity(at high-and low-shear-rate),plasma visocosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,fibrinogen of MS group were higher and erythrocyte deformation index were lower than controls(P<0.05).After being treated for two weeks,the whole blood viscosity(at high-and low-shear-rate),plasma visocosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,fibrinogen were lowered and erythrocyte deformation index were higher than those before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvianolate can improve the hemorheological paramerers and has important clinical significance on patients with metabolic syndrome.
