目的建立哈萨克族食管癌核心家系标本数据库,为哈萨克族食管癌遗传易感性的研究提供实验标本和研究资料。方法对新疆县级及以上医院确诊的哈萨克族食管癌先证者及其血缘父母进行调查和填写调查表,并采集组织标本及外周静脉血。结果共收集哈萨克族食管癌核心家系60例,具备完整的血液标本及相关资料。调查发现8例家系有食管癌家族史。结论哈萨克族食管癌核心家系标本库资料真实可靠,可以为哈萨克族食管癌后续研究提供质量保证。
Abstract：Objective To investigate the nuclear family of Kazak' s esophageal cancer and establish the bio-bank,for providing samples and data to study genetic susceptibility of Kazak' s esophageal cancer.Methods The probands and their parents of Kazak' s esophageal cancer diagnosed by county or above level hospital were investigated and then the survey tables were filled out. P eripheral blood and tumor tissue were collected from each person. Results There were 6 0 families with Kazak' s esophageal cancer family history,with complete blood samples and related information. There were 8 families with family history. Conclusion Establishment of the standardized database and bio-bank of Kazak' s esophageal cancer nuclear family is the basic premise for studying genetics of esophageal cancer. Complete blood samples and relevant information provide a guarantee for the follow-up studies. The ethical,social and other issues occurred in the process of establishing bio-bank of Kazak' s esophageal cancer nuclear family are worth exploring.
